本服务条款（以下简称"本条款"）是您（以下简称"用户"）与熔元科技有限公司（RollTok Limited，以下简称"本公司"或"我们"）之间关于使用熔元平台（https://rolltok.com，以下简称"本平台"）服务的法律协议。

2. 服务描述
本平台提供 AI 大模型 API 接入服务，包括：
- AI 大模型 API 调用服务（文本生成、视频生成等）
- 月度额度套餐（按月订阅，按量计费）
- 实时用量查询与账单管理
- OpenAI 兼容接口和 Claude 兼容接口
3. 账户注册
3.1 您需通过邮箱验证码注册账户，并确保提供真实、准确的注册信息。
3.2 您有责任妥善保管账户凭证，对账户下的所有活动承担全部责任。
3.3 如发现未经授权的账户使用，请立即通知我们。
4. 费用与支付
4.1 本平台采用月度额度 + 按量计费模式。您需先购买月度额度，使用额度按实际调用量扣费。
4.2 额度在当月有效，未用完的额度在月底清零，不可累积至下月。
4.3 价格以平台页面公示为准，我们保留调整价格的权利，调整前将提前通知。
4.4 所有费用一经支付，除本条款另有规定外，不予退还。
5. 使用规范
5.1 您不得将本服务用于以下用途：
- 违反香港特别行政区或中华人民共和国法律法规的活动
- 生成违法、侵权、歧视性或有害内容
- 干扰或破坏平台服务的正常运行
- 未经授权将 API Key 提供给第三方使用
- 任何损害本公司或其他用户合法权益的行为
5.2 如我们发现您违反上述规定，有权立即暂停或终止您的账户，且不承担违约责任。
6. 知识产权
6.1 本平台的所有内容（包括但不限于代码、设计、文档、商标）的知识产权归本公司所有。
6.2 您通过本服务生成的内容的知识产权归您所有，但您应确保生成内容不侵犯第三方权益。
7. 免责声明
7.1 本服务按"现状"提供，我们不对其适销性、特定用途适用性作任何明示或暗示的保证。
7.2 因 AI 模型本身的局限性，我们无法保证生成内容的准确性、完整性或可靠性。
7.3 因不可抗力、第三方服务中断等原因导致的服务中断，我们不承担责任。
8. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本公司对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害不承担责任。我们的总责任不超过您在损害发生前 12 个月内实际支付的服务费用。
9. 条款变更
我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。重大变更将通过平台通知或邮件方式告知。继续使用本服务即表示您接受修改后的条款。
10. 终止
10.1 您可随时停止使用本服务并申请注销账户。
10.2 我们有权在必要时终止向您提供服务，包括但不限于：违反本条款、长期未使用账户等。
11. 适用法律与争议解决
11.1 本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖并按其解释。
11.2 因本条款引起的或与本条款有关的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决。协商不成的，任何一方均可将争议提交至香港特别行政区有管辖权的法院解决。

1. Parties
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and RollTok Limited ("Company", "we", or "us") regarding your use of the RollTok platform (https://rolltok.com, the "Platform").

2. Service Description
The Platform provides AI large model API access services, including:
- AI model API call services (text generation, video generation, etc.)
- Monthly quota plans (monthly subscription, pay-per-use)
- Real-time usage tracking and billing management
- OpenAI-compatible and Claude-compatible API interfaces
3. Account Registration
3.1 You must register with a valid email address and provide accurate registration information.
3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.3 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 The Platform operates on a monthly quota + pay-per-use model. You must purchase a monthly quota first; usage is deducted from your quota in real time.
4.2 Quotas are valid for the current month only. Unused quota expires at month-end and does not carry over.
4.3 Prices are as published on the Platform. We reserve the right to adjust prices with prior notice.
4.4 All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 You shall not use the Service for:
- Any activity that violates the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or the People's Republic of China
- Generating illegal, infringing, discriminatory, or harmful content
- Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Platform
- Providing your API Key to unauthorized third parties
- Any conduct that harms the legitimate rights of the Company or other Users
5.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these provisions.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All intellectual property rights in the Platform (including but not limited to code, design, documentation, and trademarks) belong to the Company.
6.2 Content generated by you through the Service belongs to you, provided that such content does not infringe third-party rights.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7.2 Due to the inherent limitations of AI models, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content.
7.3 We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party service failures.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you actually paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Termination
10.1 You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
10.2 We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your account remains inactive for an extended period.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
11.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
